In all the 10+ years I have been purchasing this pillow, this is the first time I have ever been disappointed. From the get go the neck pillow was too soft, support is lacking and I would not recommend this to anyone. I have always used these pillows to support my neck, they have lasted a good amount of time. But this time the support is not good. Be careful when you purchase the pillows I have no idea what went wrong

I have had 2 of the neck pillows over the last 10 yrs or so. When I ordered what I thought was the same, was not. And so I cant return it as it was opened but not slept on. A quite expensive mistake on my part. Bummer

Have a king tempurpedic bed love it bought a tempurpedic neck pillow over ten yrs ago loved it.one size! The ad did not show what small,Med. or large was.When I received my new neck pillow wanted to return it but no paper work or receipt was in box. Very disappointed I don't use it what a waste of $100.00.
