I've been using this product for 20 years, and am currently on my fifth Tempur-neck pillow. It is the perfect pillow for me to achieve comfortable, pain free head position while sleeping.

for all the years i have been buying these pillows, this was the first time i was so disappointed. I needed one and my daughter needed one so i bought the buy one get one free. these pillows are much too soft, I can't imagine what happened. All of my previous neck pillows have been firm, supportive and quite comfortable. These two are soft, weak and totally disappointing. I know I can't return them, so now I am wondering if i will be purchasing them again. Even my older tempurpedic neck pillow has more to offer than what I purchased. i have used these pillows in the past to support my neck and shoulders while i sleep. until now it had made it easier for me to sleep, helped my adjustments hold better and so on. Very disappointed in the new pillows

In the past I had a tempur-neck pillow that was low and ordered what I believed was the same profile. This pillow is not working for me, but I don't feel I can afford to risk ordering another at the price they cost! Disappointed!

I have purchased several Tempur-neck pillows over the years to relieve severe neck pain. All pillows prior to this last purchase lasted five or more years. This pillow barely lasted one year. It's not worth the purchase price. I'll be exploring other brands.

I have neck issues and need to sleep with a neck pillow to get a good night's sleep. This pillow does the trick! I've seen other reviewers complain about some pillows having an odor. If this one did have an odor out of the box, it quickly dissipated.

The pillows were smaller than what I am accustomed to. I have been sleeping on Tempur-pedic pillows for 20 years. The ones received were smaller, about the size of a standard size pillow. I was not pleased at all. All I want is a credit.
