Felt this pillow was a little on the firm side but I think overall has helped support my neck when I sleep on my side. My partner also tried it, and I think he enjoyed it better than me.

WARNING: I ordered two Standard Small neck pillows and upon receipt, I thought they sent me travel pillows! They are not the same quality nor size as before. I have two other Temper-Neck pillows and they are wider than what I just received. NO mention is made of the size of the pillows on their website. I had to call to inquire whether if I traded them for the Standard Medium whether they would be wider. There is no difference. I am stuck with these small pillows because I cannot return them even though I have not opened the protective wrapping.

Over 15 years I have bought two pillows to help support my neck and I loved. I bought new neck pillow in 2020 this time the quality is have gone down ( the price still the same).

I thought that I ordered the same foam pillow that I have always used for added, firmer support. However, the new one looks white and clean, but is very soft and mushy. I did not return it because of COVID-time courtesy, but it is not firm enough for me to use.

I have used these pillows for decades, and the latest iteration is nothing short of junk. I is too thin and compared to the ones I have owned in the past it is not worth owning. I have used them so will keep them for company.

I gave it a shot even though it got bad reviews for comfort, size, and smell...and I did it because I invested in their mattresses and pillows in the past and loved those items! But this product is really not worth the price. After weeks of use (I gave it a shot!), my neck is still sore. It's really flat and only fits half of a standard pillowcase. Also the chemical smell is still there. This company needs to listen to all these bad reviews and offer a high-quality product (like the rest of its line). Very disappointing.
