The pillow keeps my head and neck aligned through the night. It is a bit harder than I anticipated. It is not a good pillow for side sleepers.

I have wanted a Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow for a few years and finally I got one over the holiday. Each morning I would wake up and my neck and back where in pain because of how I was sleeping at night. I have also had a problem with snoring pretty much my whole life which ultimately effected my overall amount of sleep. I call Tempur-Pedic's Neck pillow my "Productive Pillow". Now I wake up with minimal neck pain and I feel more energized as I am able to sleep longer with less movement. If you're a back or side sleeper this is the product for you. Don't wait like I did...

I need support to relieve stiffness, soreness & limited range of motion; of my neck. I have purchased less expensive contour pillows in the past, they were not effective. Nor was a regular pillow folded. I purchased this one at the recommendation of a Dr of Chiropractic?s. It is a much smaller pillow - based on the Dr's assessment of my body frame size. I thought at first that it was not going to be adequate. It is firmer then any other I have tried & conforms to my frame. So far retaining its shape & firmness. It is expensive, but for me money well spent. I am very pleased.

I love this pillow. I have had it for 5 years now and it took a couple weeks to break the pillow in but after that I loved it. I actually sleep with my neck on the lower side but I just found it the most comfortable for myself.
