He measured right at 6inches so I got the lower one as described, but I feel it would have been best to go with the larger one. Im not sure if the size was the issue for him, but since he didn't like it, I just gave it to my son. There is not returns on pillows, so you can regift it if needed. Otherwise, I sleep with it every night and my neck has stopped hurting . I am very satisfied with the product.

Forgot my pillow last fall returned home with neck pain that lasted for months. I have used Tempur neck pillows for over 10 years. My main con with the pillows is their odor when they first arrive - it takes a couple months to completely dissipate. I have learned to purchase my next pillow 5 to 6 months before needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very petite and this pillow was too small even though I chose the size by following their measurements. If I was a back sleeper, it would be ok but I read that this is good for side sleepers and I'm still scrunched up when I sleep on my side because this pillow is only about three inches high at it's highest point. It also doesn't quite fit in the nook of the neck. Costs way to much for what you get.

Received the small contour neck pillow...so disappointing. Very hard and uncomfortable. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered them. Have had their pillows in the past and loved them. Never ocurred to me that these would be so inferior.
