I didn't know what to expect in ordering a pillow like this, but knew I needed a new one to help support my tight neck issues after resisting for a long time. I chose this pillow vs. some of the other models since it seemed the most versatile. I took the measurements to size my pillow (which is different than my Fiance's and a very important step!) and bought the appropriate sizes for us. After the first night of using this pillow, I woke up the most rested I have been in months. At first touch, the pillow seems harder than you'd expect, but the way it molds to your head and allows your body to be supported creates the ultimate state of comfort. My masseuse even told me that my regular knots have also dissipated which says a lot :) I'm a back, side, and stomach sleeper and this is a complete game changer for us.

Please bring back old neck pillow

This neck pillow is worthless. The old neck pillows with the orange tag on the side were amazing

Very comfortable for me for side sleeping. I'm an average size woman and went with the medium size pillow which is a good fit for me.

I was waking up with headache and neck pain, but no more with this pillow. The first time I used it, I thought it was going to be too hard, but not at all, and it gives wonderful support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pillow I have purchased, after so many failed attempts of trying to find the right pillow for cervical pain. I have been through neck surgery several years ago, and still suffer from neck pain. My physician said, the only thing I could do long term was to find the right supportive pillow. Well, Friends, this is the pillow!! It has firm support that I have been looking for and my awful pain is gone. I am finally sleeping better through the nights where I was waking up several times a night.
