[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow lasted less than a week before losing all support. My head literally hits the bed in some weird dip in the pillow. Contacted customer service to request an exchange, which required uploading a fair number of photos, only to be denied because there wasn't a "visible" dip. I had heard great things about this brand - something must have changed. Don't waste your money.

My measurement was 5 inches and I ordered the pillow with the 5 inch height. I sleep on my side and also on my back. I wish I had ordered 4 inches. My pain is still the same. Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange the pillow so not sure I will continue to use.

This is the hardest and most uncomfortable pillow I have ever seen. I haven't even taken it out of the plastic and you won't accept it back. I am a physician who has recommended Tempur Pedic to patients and I will never do that again. In fact anytime Tempu pedic is spoken from my mouth it will be to warn people never to buy any of your products! I have thousands of patients.
