I'm a back and side sleeper and my arms don't hurt when I wake up from being curled in my side anymore. It's hard to know if I got the right size and the no exchange policy is understandable but I wonder if I should have gotten one size up. I measured and I'm right on the cusp between S and M. I wish they were "fuller" but overall they've been a huge improvement to my sleep and comfort! Definitely recommend.

It is great with another flat pillow under it though. I recommend it for people with neck pain, but you should consider getting a larger size.
