I am a small person in the bend on the pillow is too great. It is also way too hard for me. I would’ve returned it, except I had cut the tags off as I was so confidant in the brand.

Hard as a rock and non-returnable (Don't buy)

I am so disappointed in this pillow. I have used and rebought this same pillow for at least 20 years. A good reason in itself not to buy is they won't return it. Most companies stand behind their products. I bought this pillow with confidence that it was the same, but it definitely is not. I will never buy from this company again. (PS. I rarely do reviews-but hate to see others totally waste a good amount of money.)

Emotional Support Pillow

I have been sleeping on the contour pillows by Tempur Pedic for over twenty years. I bring my pillow with me wherever I go because I know I will sleep soundly with it. It provides so much support for my neck. I am very grateful for the large size contour pillow as I am athletically built and require more support.

Too small

This pillow is too small and otherwise I would like and recommend it. Just don’t know why it is so small. I am not talking about the height. I recommend the pro low pillow with cooling instead.

I have used a Tempur-pedic neck pillow for many years. The new one is not the same. It is very hard. I have walked on it to help soften it but it still feels like a brick.

I was surprised how small the pillow is. It’s a child size pillow. I find it uncomfortable because it’s so small. I thought it would be a standard size or bigger.
