[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this product would help with the neck pain that I deal with when trying to sleep. I did not realize how hard this pillow was, it just will not allow to form to my head and neck and actually makes my neck more painful.

Great for back sleepers, just OK for tall side sleepers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great design, although even with measuring to find my correct size, I think I would have been happier with purchasing a size down. Honestly, I can't really use the pillow because I always end up moving off of it in my sleep and waking up in a weird position with even more neck pain. Not necessarily a design flaw, but that has been my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow was only offered in firm. I would preferred if it was a medium. I had a Temper-Pedic Neck 20 years ago it was perfect and it didn't seem as hard. I'm hoping my new pillow will eventually soften a little bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow seems to be made well, but it's way too firm for my liking and the size did not match up with what I needed. So I have a hard pillow that puts my neck at an awkward angle and defeats the therapeutic purpose of the pillow. I would not recommend.
