[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Text neck anyone? You know, from looking down all of the time on your phone, your neck is sore and feels stiff? Mine certainly was and it made for miserable sleeping conditions. I decided I needed a pillow that actually supports the neck, instead of scrunching it up in other pillows. I made the switch to the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and my neck has never felt better and I'm sleeping soundly at night - well, when the bulldog is not snoring anyway!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because my old neck pillow was 15 years old and was not giving my neck the support it used to. I sleep on my side and back throughout the night and started waking up with neck pain every couple of weeks, which would last for a 2-3 days, at least. Since getting the new pillow I have not had neck pain at all. I think this new pillow (my memory may be fuzzy from 15 years ago) is a little softer overall than my first one and doesn't provide quite as much support as my original. However, still no neck pain for over a month and I can't argue with that. Very happy with this product.
