So this is a very comfy pillow. The softness is great. However, this medium sized height is not great for someone who sleeps on their side. I use another pillow under it to get the proper height.

I love this pillow. The only thing that I would change is to be offered a higher loft. I have to put a towel under my pillow to make it high enough to keep pressure off my shoulder. My last one lasted a long long time.

This is my fourth tempurpedic pillow over many years. I have used many different styles. I chose this one specifically because of an arthritic neck that has grown progressively worse over a couple months. With the first night of use I had enormous relief from the constant pain.

Bought the medium pillow originally and loved it, but I realized I needed to go smaller. Upon receiving the pillow, it was ripped in some areas and damaged. Called customer service and they sent a new one right away, unfortunately that one was damaged as well but not terribly so I use it. Customer service was very good and I love using the pillow. No shoulder or neck pain when I wake up and I love it for side sleeping. Would definitely recommend the pillow.

I purchased this to hopefully alleviate low back pain. While the pillow is comfortable (firm as advertised) and appears to be high quality worth price point, it unfortunately has not helped with my low back pain. I understand the no return policy (esp given the pandemic), but would be interested in trying another option that might work better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how to use the pillow, which way to lay on it and weather to sleep on my side or back. After some time of experimentation I found it is a back sleeper for me. I enjoy it now. The first few weeks ot was uncomfortable. That was just me adjusting to it. I feel like it keeps me in a much better posture at night and I wake up with less neck and back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is curved nicely to offer neck support. I'd say it's best for back sleepers although it works for side sleeping, too. I haven't woken up with a stiff neck since I started using it for several months. The only downside is it is too small for a standard pillowcase and the shape doesn't look fantastic when I make my bed. I tuck it in behind Euro pillows. Overall I'd highly recommend this pillow- even at the cost.
