This pillow is perfect for my neck. I was in an accident years ago and continually have problems with my neck when waking up and having my neck hurting from sleeping wrong. I have been using my new pillow since the day I got it. Thank you Tempur Pedic. I would recommend this pillow definately. The size is good. I was not sure if the medium would be good. It works. I am small framed but did not want to get one too small. My husband measured to help me figure it out. He did good. Lol
I would recommend this to a friend!

I splurged on this pillow based on tempurpedics reputation and the fact that it states it's extra firm..it's awful and very very disappointing..I really needed an extra firm for my neck issues and As it was described as being extra firm I was hopeful..at least other companies will allow time trials or at least let you return a pillow...I guess I just gullibly had too high of hopes and misguided confidence in what I thought was a reputable company...I would of rather you just take my money and just say "sucker" instead of sending me this unfortunate disappointment of a pillow.

I've been using this pillow everyday for over a month. I thought I just had to get used to it but that is not the case since it has been so long. I wake up with a very stiff neck every morning. I think the shape of this pillow is not ideal and that the cloud pillow which is a more traditional shape would work better.

For almost 20 years I have purchased this pillow every year. I was introduced to this pillow through physical therapy after my 2nd upper back surgery. It has relieved upper back pain while sleeping for almost 20 years. Tempur-pedic has changed this pillow and it no longer has the density and support needed to support the neck properly. I will have to shop around and hope I can find a better produce. I'm so sorry that Tempur-pedic thought a change was needed.

I was very disappointed with this product. I had purchased this same pillow in the past actually three pillows last time was 3 or 4 years ago. I wanted to give this as a present to a couple friends. However when I received the pillows the density and consistency of the pillow wasn't the same as the ones that I have now. This pillows did not hold the shape that was necessary to support the neck. It is a real shame that they are not of the same quality since this pillow has been a great help for me. I had neck issues and since I have been using this pillow I don't have any pain. I try to reach somebody in the quality control but they didn't want to hear anything and the person that I spoke with was not receptive at all regarding me trying to help on having this product back to the way it used to be. It has been such a great change and help for me that I was trying to give my feedback to get it back to the way it used to be in order to help others. I used to recommend this pillow however now I can't. What a shame!

This pillow is not the same as the one I bought some years ago although it has the same references. It is far too soft and does not support the head/neck at all. Then it is useless. And that is a shame that I cannot take it back to the store.

i have been using this pillow for over 10 years. I needed to replace it and bought the same pillow as before but i found it to be softer than the previous one. I liked the density and stiffness of the old pillows. This one goes flat on me (i run very hot at night). I am disappointed
