[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The small neck pillow is not as thick or firm as the original neck pillow which I've purchased in the past, so I am disappointed. It is very thin and much less supportive for the neck, making it too thin and soft for my needs. I hope Tempur-Pedic will make this an extra small pillow, perhaps for children, and go back to the original structure of their neck pillow. I purchased the medium firm pillow, but it is almost too firm and too large for me. Alas, I am looking at purchasing another pillow from a different company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my pillow. Had to purchase a new one as I forgot my old pillow (~8 years old) in hotel room never to be again. Only difference is getting it soft and broken in the way I like it. It's seems to be taking too long...still not as pliable as I like. It's been about 2 months now. Maybe I'll run over it a couple times with my car...like we used to do with brand new jeans back in the day.

I am a side sleeper most of the time, but even sleeping on my back this pillow is perfect. I have been using one of these for the last decade. I have tried others and have come back to Tempur-Neck pillow. It takes some breaking in but once it gets there it's the best sleep you can get.

Very hard and uncomfortable

First, I want to say that this is the third temper-neck pillow I have purchased. The first two pillows deserved a 5-star rating. This most recent purchase, however, deserves a one-star. Temper-Pedic must have changed this pillow because it is nothing like the first two I had. This pillow is so hard that it is like sleeping on a rock. I wake up with neck and jaw pain when I sleep on this pillow. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

My Fitbit sleep score went from an average of 72 to 82 the past month. I can't recommend this enough if you're a side sleeper with an unsupported neck.
