Hard as a Rock

I got this to replace an old Tempur-Pedic pillow I had. I don't know how any one can sleep on this. Its so hard and uncomfortable. And because Tempur-Pedic is 'zero waste' I can't return it. But from a retailer who lets you return and beware. This is not comfortable.

This pillow is much too hard for me to sleep comfortably on it. I took my measurements and selected the Medium and it is too large. Very sad it doesn't work for me because it's beautifully made.

Very stiff and hard

I ordered this thinking it was memory foam but it's extremely stiff and uncomfortable. It doesn't help that this company doesn't allow returns for pillows. What an expensive mistake! I do not recommend unless you want to sleep on a rock hard pillow with no soft cushioning. Woke up with stiff neck pain. Do not buy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pillow because my old cervical pillow had nothing left to it (not a tempurpedic). I was pleasantly surprised! The pillow is soft to the touch, but firm with lots of support. I never knew where to stick my arm when i side slept until this pillow. Gives your head and neck the right support to allow proper body placement when sleeping. Perfect for back or side sleep. Quality pillow.

I find it works best when side-sleeping, but it's also comfortable for back-sleeping as long as you don't shift around too drastically. Love how effective it was at helping me sleep without pain after so long!

ordered one pillow for my husband since he likes firmer pillows with neck support. But this pillow is so hard, it's literally like using a brick. I wish i would have read the reviews before buying the pillow.

I tried chiropractors, massages, TENS therapy, other pillows, etc., and nothing worked until I used this pillow. I literally saw improvement after one night of use. It has improved my life greatly in eliminating constant neck pain that affected me all day every day. I would recommend it to anyone who is having neck issues. I've always been a plush kind of person, so I was a little concerned about the firmness of this pillow. It is very firm, but I find it to still be comfortable and soft!
