Too stiff and crated mid back issua

Extremely supportive—and too stiff for me. Supported the neck but created midback issues. Stopped using it and they resolved immediately. Disappointed. And very expensive for a test. Unless you’re sure I’d suggest trying out in store due to NO returns and no exceptions.

Very small pillow

Be aware when you order this in the larger size it’s the depth of the pillow that’s larger not the width, I ordered the large size thinking it would fit in my king-size pillowcases, but it is a small standard size pillow that I paid extra to get the larger size.

I have had a Tempur-Neck pillow for a number of years. However, this most recent purchase, is so much harder than the earlier pillows I'm not able to use it at all. It leaves me with pain in my neck. It just has so little "give" and is not comfortable.

The neck pillow was not what I expected. The picture in the website makes the pillow look so much more cushioned than it actually is. The contour of the pillow is too specific to support anything else other than your neck. I feel like I HAVE to sleep on my back the whole night to actually use the pillow properly. If I sleep in any other position like my side, the pillow hurts my ears and I toss and turn to find a good position.

Neck discomfort. Trying to find items 64595818/ UPC 96675809390. Sister has one and it's very comfortable on my neck.

I love my pillows! I purchased the neck pillows! They support your neck as a side sleeper or on your back. This is the second pair that I have purchased and I am very satisfied,
