Very comfortable

I didn't think I would like this pillow at first. I thought my head would be tilted to far back, but I was wrong. With the memory foam, it adjusts to my head and I haven't had any issues. I have slept every night, all night long.. I love this pillow!!!

Bought this about 2 months ago and have not been able to use it due to the strong odor. It has a plastic smell. I washed the pillowcase and I find the odor to still be too strong still and have not been able to use it.

Not firm and doesn't support neck/shoulders

Purchased this pillow (I have an older model that is falling apart) and it's advertised as firm - this is not the same firmness and squishes down so it doesn't do what I need it to do. You have another one that is a narrower profile but it's also not firm and too low profile -I bought two pillow which are brand new and sit in the top of my closet. I was very disappointed that it could not be returned for a refund

For the first year or so it was good, but now that it's a few years old it is NO longer a memory pillow it's flat where I lay on it and just kills my neck. So I want to know if it can be washed and brought back to life??? For a one hundred dollar pillow it should last for years and years..

Waste of Money-Buyer Beware

I purchased two of these pillows to replace the exact same pillow that I purchased several years ago. The difference between the older version and the newer version is stark. While the pillow is described on the website as "firm" (and my original pillow was firm) the new version is squishy like a sponge and provides little to no support. Don't even try to sleep on your side or you will wake up with a terrible crook in your neck and/or a sore shoulder. And written in the small print is that this pillow cannot be returned, even if you believe the material is defective because it is soooo soft. Tempurpedic charges in incredible amount of money for a terrible product...buyer beware...this pillow is NOT firm and provides no support for your neck.

I need neck support for cervical stenosis. The two support rolls are too close together, so that your head hits the other one instead of having a place to nestle into when your neck is on one of the support rolls. It's also VERY HARD, LIKE A ROCK. No way to get comfortable at all. So disappointed in this new design. Tried for three nights and woke up with a worse headache than I did with my old worn out pillow.

I have had lots of headaches associated with neck pain every morning and someone recommended this pillow for me. After using this pillow now for almost 4mths I have no more neck pain or headaches. This is my forever pillow, even when traveling I take it with me to hotels because this is the only pillow that works for me
