They could be thicker, I find myself having to use a flat pillow to give this one some hight. Maybe I need to buy the large instead of the medium. But still will keep the pillows.

I am able to get a good night's sleep with this pillow. If it was a little wider, the pillow does not have to be moved to the left/right on a King Mattress.

Purchased through BOGO and was shocked by the size of these pillows! I had to triple check my order in case I may have ordered a Travel version by accident. Tried using...straight away the chemical odor was so pungent I couldn't stomach using the first week or so. Then, once I did, they literally deflated flat offering little to no support. Sadly shoved in a box to donate since they are basically useless, while also looking ridiculous fitting (drowning rather) into my standard size pillow case. I wouldn't even torture a guest to use these. Maybe a 5 y/o would enjoy them purely for the miniature sizing.

This pillow is massive. The curved side you sleep on is very, very tall. The website should include the exact dimensions of the pillow. I am a large guy but it is just too talk for any but the biggest of guys. The foam is high quality but it is useless to me because of the size and there are no returns allowed.

Plastic-like Odor

I have been using the Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for several years. Usually, they are great. Recently, I recently ordered a new neck pillow as a replacement. Unfortunately, it weeks later and there is still an odor emanating from the pillow causing me to no longer use it. It's a waste!

I was expecting the curvature of the pillow to be small, which it was, but it's also half the size of a standard pillow. I almost thought I ordered a travel size by accident! My standard pillow case literally drowns it and looks ridiculous. A total rip off! If you're going to sell pillows, make them the traditional size that fits traditional pillow cases for the price.

Comfortable but smells REALLY bad

Opened the box and was overcome with an extremely strong smell. The pillow fits my neck nicely, but I nearly puke from the smell.
