Seems like good quality except for the smell

It took 3 weeks of airing and squishing the pillow before most of the moldy smell went away, it is still there faintly. Then I tried sleeping on it, and woke up after an hour or so with my ear hurting because it was too hard. Don't recommend it and would never buy again.

Tempur-pedic has the best neck pillow on the market

I bring my Tempur-pedic neck pillow with me even when I travel. The small size is lighter than the medium sized one I have already owned, but it still feels great for my neck.

Good material, poor sizing

Ordered the large neck pillow based on the recommended measurements on the site. Been using the pillow about a week now and I think it's a bit too high up, it hurts my neck. I looked at the return policy and Tempur doesn't allow refunds or exchanges on pillows, so I'm pretty much stuck with a $100+ pillow that doesn't fit me.

I was so excited to get my pillow, I've had neck problems for many years. The pillow itself is comfortable and has a great arch for my neck and shoulders my only issue is it's so flat!!! So most night I end up folding it in half and sleeping that way. Making for a restless sleep.. I would love any suggestions..maybe I should try a different pillow?

Pillow is not wide enough!!!

I love the design of the neck pillows which I have used for years and was looking forward to replacements. I was very disappointed to learn that these do not come in King width. They look ridiculously small on a King size bed and are not wide enough to be comfortable. Why are these only coming in the tiny widths???
