I was very disappointed with the pillow. The pillow was not firm and lacked the support I need for my neck. I've been using this type of pillow for many years and have always been happy. I have never had issues like I described above. I'm not sure if this is an isolated problem or I was given an inadequate product because it was a BOGO offer. I expect better quality considering the cost of this pillow and the Tempurpedic name.

Not the same now. Ten years ago, I began using Tempur-Pedic pillows. They were great. The current versions are not as good as the older ones--change of material, cheaper covering. Look elsewhere for a memory foam pillow.

I bought this thinking I was replacing our old neck pillow. It is smaller than the one we are replacing and does not feel the same. I saw that immediately on opening and of course, Tempurpedic will not accept a return for a pillow (even if unused). Bad policy for a purchase you make sight unseen, not well advertised consider the pricing, I really don't recommend buying from them.

This is my second Tempur-pedic pillow. My first one lasted me 15 years. My new one is a little shorter and thicker. I had a small size before but I like the new medium size better. I have tried the copy cats before but they just don't feel the same.
