Doesn't quite offer great neck support if you need it, but it has enough shape to make it undesirable as a normal pillow. Looking at just getting a neck roll.

This pillow is so hard, I can't get it "broken in" so I can sleep on it all night. I wasn't able to return it, because, apparantly, you can't return pillows. (That would have been good to know beforehand.)

I bought this pillow a month ago and I like it so far. I've tried different brand or shape of memory foam pillows but they were too soft and hurt my neck. Now, I can sleep really comfortable with this neck pillow. The smell bothered me at first but not anymore. Having a good pillow really help to sleep well.

I would have occasional neck pain, but since I bought this pillow I haven't. I love the support of my head it gives. Sometimes my head would feel heavy, but this pillow actually hold it up and the curve for the neck is a good feeling.

All in all since discovering your company 10+ years ago, your product, service and aim for customer satisfaction is now my standard for quality sleeping. I give myself an A+ on investment in ache free, resistant free and feeling good every morning. I sleep on a Tempur-Pedic Supreme Full, Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow Large. For the New Year 2015, I decided to gift a dear friend one of your Breeze pillows and my daughter a neck pillow (she's been taking mine to bed with her).
