I have a TEMPUR neck pillow similar to this one that is probably 25 years old. Don't laugh! For years I carried it everywhere I went, even to the UK. After 25 years of nightly use, I thought maybe it was time to retire it, since it was getting floppy, so I ordered a new one. The new one feels different, but still provides solid support. I am very short (as is my neck) and I have a vague memory that they used to make an extra-small version of this pillow, which is probably what I had. I found that by turning my new pillow around, it was still supportive and comfortable. That being said, it's just a tad bit firmer than I prefer. The old pillow feels as if the memory foam might have been made differently, but I honestly don't know. I still like the new one and will happily use it.

I like the pillow, but wish that i had more support for my neck. I measured my neck at the time of purchase but it seems that my neck slopes downward. Maybe the contour should be different

Still experiencing neck and shoulder discomfort while using this pillow. The lower side is too low and strains my neck. So my head feels like it's on an angle. I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow in the past that was amazing! But it became old and needed replacing. I've tried two different Tempur-Pedic pillows to find one like I had that was amazing. No luck.

I have had several of these pillows for over 20 years and have always been very happy with them until this one. It is like sleeping on a cement block. What happened to the softness of the old ones? I am really disappointed. It is so firm that I cannot use it. Hopefully it is just a bad lot. Next time I will go to a store that has them and check them out first. I really don't want to sleep without one.

This is an OK neck pillow, but it is VERY small. It's about as big width wise as a standard pillow, but narrow from top to bottom. I'd prefer a larger size, especially for the cost of this pillow.

My husband had an old tempurpedic neck pillow that has needed to be replaced for a while now. I gifted him a new pillow, but it has a very strong odor (chemical smell). We aired it out for almost a week before using, but it still has a pretty strong scent. I'm a very crunchy and organic person, so the smell is a little worrisome to me. For comfort purposes, my husband is pleased.
