I was replacing a 10 year old Tempur-Pedic neck pillow. The new one is much firmer and I hope it softens up a bit over time. The old one was very flat.

I finally broke down and replaced my original TEMPUR-Neck Pillow that I have had for at least 15 years with a new one. The old one had just flattened out a little too much to keep up the right support. As I expected, the first night was hard to adjust to; I only used it for about an hour before waking up and using my original one. However, in no time at all, I not only adjusted to the new pillow, but once again feel the full neck support I need. These always have been and always will be my favorite pillows, and I never travel without them.

Product was much smaller than expected. Wouldn't call it "medium". But on top of that, there isn't a pillowcase to match it's size so it has to be in a larger case and is always sloppy. But at least it is a Temur-Pedic and that part is good.

I have been using TP pillows for at least the last 20 years. The pillow that I received had the support of a roasted marshmallow. None . If you are a regular user of the original neck pillow this is not it. Stay away from this product.

The pillow is very unique shape and great quality, but I move around during my sleep and in the morning, my head rested on top of the highest point of the pillow and tense up my neck. I love the quality (!!), but the shape is not for me... I would like to exchange the pillow to regular shape one, if possible. :-)

I bought a bed ( 14 years ago)and the pillows came with it. My pillows needed to be replaced and my husband bought some other one. We bought a lot on defense brands. He then said we are going to try My Pillows. Will I couldn't sleep on any of them. So I put my foot down and told him I'm going to buy me a Tempur-neck pillow. And I'm so glad I did. I'm sleeping better and my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up. Love the pillows. Next time I'm buying the king size.
