***PLEASE DO NOT PUBLISH MY LAST NAME OR LOCATION WITH THIS REVIEW. THANK YOU :) I'm a little torn with this pillow. Sometimes I sleep on it and I feel like my head is being cradled by the hands of God! Other times, it's just truly uncomfortable. I've found it's best when my muscles are sore. Then it's really, really firm and offers such great support. But even so, I can only lay on it for about 45 minutes before it becomes painful. It's very therapeutic during the first 45 minutes. Then when my muscles are back to normal, it just feels so hard and it feels like it's pushing back on me with such force. Also the neck part is really high, I often sleep with it turned around on the lower end. I'm mainly a back and side sleeper and have tried other neck pillows that were just so soft and offered no support whatsoever. This pillow feels too hard at times. I'd highly recommend it for therapeutic reasons, like if your neck and shoulder muscles are sore, but I wouldn't recommend it for a whole night's sleep. Also, a few times when I've fallen asleep on it, I've woken up with my ear(s) hurting because of it pushing back on me. It's like all the nerves in my ear(s) got pinched during the night. Think of this as your mini chiropractor, I have another pillow that I switch too after this one has healed me. It's worth the price, but don't expect it to be your only pillow.

Like two hands gently support your neck. But with a softer touch. I have had one of these pillows for years and was recently parted from my pillow. I had to get another one as I immediately noticed the difference it meant to my neck and consequently the rest of my day. No pain and stiffness with this pillow supporting you.

I am not sure when my neck pain started. So, i surveyed the web and decided to buy the tempur mattress and spend a year and a half. It was great buy although the mattress is quite expensive i thought. It worth... Recently, I felt a slight neck pain in the morning. I figured it out that the pain was from that I didn't use any pillow. the mattress well supported my neck as well as whole body for good balance. As the weather changed to summer, the temperature rose and the cushion became a bit firm and that's why the mattress lost supporting my neck. This time I tried to buy the tempur pillow and spent a night. It was marvelous... no more neck pain at all.... Its first look is a bit tall and firm but after falling into a sleep, I could keep sleeping until the morning. I will fall in love again with this stuff...
