Definitely not the same neck pillow as the original temperpedic neck pillow. The quality and comfort are not the same. It is very hard and does not bring your neck into alignment like the original temperpedic neck pillow did. Unfortunately they don't accept returns and I can see why

I saw some of the reviews were negative for this product, but its probably because they don't NEED it. I have issues with vertigo, which of course is affected by my neck. When I first started this issue, and went to numerous doctors and test, one of them recommended this pillow. This has helped me sleep better and reduce the issues with vertigo. I started getting light headed again, and I realized I needed a new pillow. Sure enough, got my new pillow, and feeling better. Please note this doesn't cure VERTIGO, I don't think nothing does, but it sure does help if lightheaded incidents and dizzies spells. We are all different and have different issues, I am just happy to be able to rest better thanks to this pillow.

This is not a good product stay away false claims completely saggy will give you neck aches if you don't have one

Bought this pillow to help with neck and upper back pain. It's really too hard though. I wake up each night with an ear ache. I can't use this to get a good night sleep. Such a bummer the trial doesn't apply here.

I was looking forward to this because I have neck pain and therefore headaches, but this pillow is way too hard and makes it even worse.

The best pillow for neck pain I have ever used. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it's smaller than I would prefer.

Too stiff

The pillow was a lot smaller than I thought, it was also very stiff and a bit too high for my neck so I would wake up with a stiff neck :(
