I don't know what you have done with the formulation on your pillows and mattress toppers but it's not the same. It compresses like it's 10 years old, doesn't support my neck like they used to, and now I'm having to put another pillow under it so I get the support I need. Go back to the original formulation.

Quality but discomfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality of material is great. However, the guidance for the size is questionable. Based on the direction, I ordered Size medium. After using 2-3 months, I start to feel neck pain. When I switch to less thinner pillow (thinner than size Medium), less pain occur.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an adjustable bed to try and relieve my shoulder pain but it didn't work so I purchased the pillow and my neck and should pain was gone in about a week. I seriously recommend this pillow if you are experiencing shoulder or neck discomfort while sleeping

Great Pillow but need to take care "washing"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has a perfect elasticity that fits human neck. I sleep with it everyday and it definitely helps to improve sleeping quality. But I am also having difficult time taking care of the surface especially when my hair stacked in and some stains attached to. I don't know how to wash rubber material and white layer covering the rubber. I think the customer service should have provided guidance or instruction of using the pillow for long term. Still recommend it!!

Mystery neck pain gone!

No more neck pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to regularly have my neck adjusted by my chiropractor because my neck hurt from sleeping 'wrong'... because of the wrong pillow! The first morning after using my Tempurpedic neck pillow, NO pain! This pillow is the reason for my significant reduction in chiro visits! It has more than paid for itself many times over!!
