So glad tempur-pedicure brought back the neck pillow. We got the regular pillows when we bought our new mattress a couple of years and it just didn't work for us. We had the old neck pillow for years and were so disappointed when we found out they had stopped making it

Caused chronic neck pain

After I started using this pillow, I was waking up with stiff necks frequently. I haven't had the same experience before or since.

Temper-Neck Pillow Has Shrunk

The pillow itself is much like its predecessors. My old one was still working after 19 years, but it had gotten bit soft. The new pillow is firmer which is good, but it is much smaller. The pillow just barely is a wide as my shoulders. That is too narrow for maximum comfort as you continually move off the pillow as you sleep. If the pillow had been 6" wider I would have given it an excellent rating.

Nice feel, too small

I have the Tempur-Cloud and a Tempur-Neck, both of which are supportive, but way too small for use on the king sized bed. I have some older pillow on a different bed that are king sized, but these weren't available apparently when I recently purchased these two specific items. I would recommend the Tempur-Neck anyway, but not the Cloud

Perfect pillow for sore neck

I've been buying this pillow for 15 years. I buy a new one every five not because it's worn, but because I think I should. I have a very bad low cervical disk dysplasia. I cannot sleep on any other pillow without neck pain the next day. And, if my neck is sore, this pillow helps to relieve the pain. I travel every where with the pillow. It's not made full size anymore so I have to retrofit my pillow cases. I do miss the full size pillow for my bed at home. I have and will continue to recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from neck issues. I adore it!

Best neck support ever.

I have had a tempurpedic neck pillow for years. Thought I would try something else and immediately realized I made a mistake. Love my new neck pillow. Great support and comfortable. Never wake up with a stiff neck due to the way the pillow forms around my head and neck. I will never try another pillow again!!!

This pillow definitely has helped my neck pain and overall frustration with finding a comfortable position. It's also a very cool pillow from my experience. As the headline says... the only thing I have bad to say is that they don't make or sell a pillow case for this. I hope this see this and make it because using a standard pillow case is annoying and ruins the experience.
