Make sure to get correct size

Purchased for my husband and followed the sizing guidelines. As his sizing was borderline between medium and large, I purchased the less height as recommended and after using a few nights, definitely should have gotten the large instead. Seems to help his shoulder some, but can't really give a fair assessment without having the proper size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had a Tempur Neck Pillow for Yrs. I wanted to buy a New one. The Material ISN'T the SAME! It's 2" SMALLER! This 'NEW PILLOW' Suck! It's Not FIRM - It's 3" SMALLER! Tempur Won't Refund my money - Even If I've Not Opened the Package! I am So Disappointed. I was going to purchase a Bed, but I Don't Trust Them. SAVE YOUR MONEY - DON'T BUY!

Comfortable

My old tempurpedic pillow was 20+ years old. I loved it & took it with me whenever I traveled. It was time for a new one! I love my new Tempur-neck pillow! Small is just right for me--it cradles my neck nicely & I sleep wonderful with it! No more tossing & turning in the night not being able to get comfortable. I wish it didn't have a chemical smell at first. I aired it out during the day for the first few days, and used a pillow case plus a towel over it to cover the smell at first.
I would recommend this to a friend!

purchasing an extra fitted cover for my neck pillow

The woman who answered the phone and took the order was abrupt and dismissive during our very short conversation. She did not seem to want to be bothered with selling the product. I told her the size of the pillow, she said a medium size cover was needed & was very emphatic that there were no exchanges. Foolishly trusting her to know the products, I bought 2 pillow covers as I did not want to "bother" her again, ever. The cover is too small for the pillow. I can compress the pillow to force it into the cover but that reduces the "give" in the pillow's support. So, I have 1 cover still in the plastic bag, unopened, and another gathering dust. How silly for Tempurpedic not to make pillowcases for these speciality pillows and market them to their customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great pillow but more sizes would be helpful

There are pillows offered in heights of 3.0 inches, 4.0 inches, and 4.5 inches. A 3.5 inch tall pillow would be very useful for me. It is a great pillow but the 4 inch pillow is a little high and the 3 inch pillow is not tall enough.

Best pillow I've owned

I recently replaced a 15 year old tempur pedic pillow, the previous best pillow I've ever owned. This neck pillow is incredible. I was nervous about it being extra firm, but what it feels like is my head is on a cloud. When I'm laying on my side, it's the exact height such that my neck is perfectly straight and my head is held in place. It makes my head feel weightless. I would recommend this pillow to any side sleeper 100% of the time.

Best pillow for neck pain!

I have degenerative disc problems in 4 discs in my neck, this has progressed to the point that my spinal cord is compressed in 2 places. I am having disc replacement surgery soon All these problems resulted in migraine like headaches, and severe pain in my neck and radiating down my arms to my hands. I have tried many different pillows, including My Pillow (waste of money), other memory foam and fillings, none helped until this Tempur-Pedic neck pillow, such a huge difference. My only complaint is that all the pillow cases are way too big. I would suggest that Tempur-pedic make pillow cases to fit the neck pillows. They are close enough in dimensions, that one size could fit the small, medium and large sizes. Overall, I highly recommend this pillow!
