I own the large queen neck pillow. I work out a lot and had pinched a nerve in my upper shoulder area,furthermore, at the time of my purchace i had recently been in a car accident and had all kinds of neck and shoulder pain.. after about a month of so of sleeping on the pillow my pain was gone! i highly recommend this pillow for anyone who has any kind of neck pain and wants to get back to sleeping comfortably through the nite!! will s. alexandria va.

I got this pillow because a have a slightly bulged disk in my neck. I am a side sleeper for the most part, which is why I don't think this pillow works for me. When lying on my back, I can feel the tension released from my neck and the pillow is great, but when sleeping on my side it is terrible! I wake up constantly, tossing and turning because I have cricks in my neck. It takes 20 minutes in the shower to loosen up! The pillow is so low that it feels like my shoulder is being crushed, but to add another pillow under it to aleviate shoulder pain causes sharp neck spasms. I don't mind spending money on a product that works, but this is definitely a disappointment. For as much money as you pay, you should be allowed to have a 30 day trial to see if it works for you.

I bought this pillow about 2 months ago after suffering from neck pain for 8 months. As soon as I put my head on the pillow, I feel like my muscles in my neck & shoulders instantly feel more relaxed. After just the last 2 months, I'd say 75% of my pain is gone! The longer I use the pillow, the better I feel! Love it!!

I have been buying this pillow ever since I had my neck operated on for a herniated disk in 2005. I literally cannot use any other pillow. All other pillows make my neck uncomfortable, and I cannot sleep. Every where I go, I take my Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow! I will only buy this pillow for the rest of my life, I love it. Thank you so much...for every good night sleep!

I love this pillow. I understand that it was almost discontinued. :-( What I miss is the Queen XL version of this pillow. It was pillow heaven! A full 5" thick. Great side sleeping support. Alas, things change.

My previous tempur neck pillow suddenly died so I had to buy another one. This one has a better cover than the previous model. I hope this one will stay a long time.
