I lived with headaches until I found this pillow. It is the only pillow I can use. I've been using it for over 2 decades now! When one wears down eventually, I buy another one. I simply won't use anything else. I've tried a few imitations also (same style, different company), and they didn't compare. The TempurPedic medium neck pillow has changed my life! No more headaches.

Reliable Comfort for Decades

I bought a version of the TEMPUR-Neck pillow in 2004, and I have used it every night I sleep at home since. It has followed me through college, cross country moves, transatlantic moves, marriage and more. I don't think about it much, but it has been comfortable and reliable the entire time. I bought one for my wife earlier this month, and it doesn't look that different from the one I bought almost 20 years ago -- mine is very slightly flatter, but still springy and comfortable. Considering how little wear-and-tear it is showing, I think it might last another 20 years.

I bought two of the large neck pillow and found out the size is not right for my neck and shoulder and realize that pillows are not refundable to exchangeable which is not good because I wasted my money on these expensive pillows.

I had high expectations of these pillows because they were Tempur-pedic. They are hard as rocks. I am not able to use them. And I was not allowed to return them. They were very expensive pillows. And I feel like I totally wasted my money. Very disappointing.

This is it! I was given a free pillow with purchase of mattress and I chose the neck pillow. I was going through a very stressful period and the stress collected in my neck and shoulders. This pillow made all the difference. I never went back to a regular pillow and that was 15+ years ago. So my hubby started having neck pain and he wanted my pillow. I immediately ordered him is own neck pillow. It takes about two weeks to break it in and get use to it so don't give up on it. You will grow to love. My hubby has not went back to his regular pillow like he originally planned. He is hooked now. Just would like to suggest that Tempur-Pedic make it bigger like the original neck pillow.

It was clear this was not the same as the pillow we sought to replace. It had not been opened or out of the plastic wrap. Yet, Temper-pedic refused to replace it. The "service" person said, "too bad".
