[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these pillows online. They showed up and when I went to try them, they were hard as a brick. When I went to return them, I was told that is not possible because of the item is too personal. One of them has not even come out of the bag. I'm extremely upset and bothered and will never buy a pillow online from Tempur-pedic again.

I purchased a neck pillow using the sizing chart on the website which can be somewhat confusing. Even though the pillow is not cheap I decided to make the investment. When I received it, I knew it was too thick even before I removed the packaging. These pillows are not returnable under any circumstances. So I tried to make it work only to suffer intense neck pain as a result. I called customer service to see if it was possible for me to pay for smaller pillow at the bundling offer which is now offered since I am winding up with 2 pillows anyway. The customer service supervisor refused to assist me at all and and gave me only 2 options: Buy a second properly sized pillow at the new higher price and throw the the first one away at my loss or bring my business some where else. I like their products and will be needing 3 new mattresses in the near future but not after this. (BUYER BEWARE)

Gone are the days when I would wake up with a headache due to my lack of neck support with regular pillows. And can you believe this!? My husband's snoring has been reduced since he started using his pillow. We are more than satisfied with our purchase. It's truly an investment in restful nights of sleeping!. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these pillows for years to relieve neck pain and have a good night sleep. This pillow is not the same, it actually was painful to lay upon and was discarded after one hour of trying to find a fit. I ordered the large, yet the curvature was awful. I truly wish there was a better option with this manufacture. I ordered two and both are left useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second purchase of Tempur-Neck pillows. We would take our home Neck pillows with us in our camper van, but forgot them once, so I bought regular tempurpedic pillows to just leave in the van. After a couple of trips, I had to buy another set of Neck pillows because I had to have the bump! It just isn't the same to not have the neck contour, for either of us (he is a back sleeper and I'm a side). They new ones do feel a little less firm than our first purchase, but still great - love that bump - and don't have to remember to pack them!

The size, shape, and hardness of this pillow makes it unusable. The pillow is too short and narrow. Even after using the measurements I took based on the website instructions the pillow did not fit me at all. Sleeping on your side puts your head at a painful angle and your spine out of alignment. Sleeping on your back is extremely painful due to the shape of the curve and the hardness of the memory foam. It made my neck pain so much worse and gave me a terrible headache. I threw it away.
