I didn't think the pillow is so important for good sleep and neck pains before. I'm greatful for having this pillow. :-) Customer service is great, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very firm pillow that gives variable neck support and doubles as a perfect between the legs pillow. I am very happy with the purchase, and I feel like the BOGO offer is great value. The only downside is a very noticeable synthetic smell. Of course your head is so close to the pillow that it's hard to ignore. After 45 days with the pillows, the smell seems to be slowly fading over time.

Excellent Pillow But It Stinks!

My neck and shoulder were bothering me. Bought this one instead of a cheaper version by a different company. After sleeping on it one night, my discomfort was half gone. After the second night 90% gone. After third night, completely gone. Excellent product that does what it promises to do. Well made. Only 4 stars because this pillow stinks. After first night, our whole bedroom smelled. I put the pillow out on the deck all day. Next night, odor was much less. Did same thing next day and each day thereafter. Each night the smell is less and less. A week of daily airing out should solve the problem--I hope. I'll put up with the residual odor to feel as well as I now do each morning. Great pillow. I'd buy it again.

I've used this type of pillow for many years it's a have to have pillow for chronic neck pain. I'm in need of a new one as the summers in AZ are very sweaty and have made it flat where I need it the most. Can't wait to get another one!!

Has really helped with lo g term neck pain. I was disappointed with processing and shipping speed before Christmas. I knew it wouldn't arrive by Christmas as that was clearly stated when I ordered it. But it didn't arrive until the afternoon of Jan 2, about 5 days later than I expected. Unfortunately, the person for whom it was a gift had left that morning for their flight. Big bummer.
