[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this product in both a small and medium due to the fact I was in between sizes. I utilize the small mostly. My down feathered pillow was not providing enough support so I ordered this due to chronic discomfort and neck pain. It helped a little bit in relieving the neck discomfort,however, not entirely. Would rate 3 out of 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had XL Temperpedics years ago. When they eventually gave up I couldn't find replacements. Been through six different pillows before finally going back to Temperpedic. The large get lost on our king bed but they are the best sleep ever.

Purchased two and they are super hard and tiny! and WOW! hard as a rock! and soo small? why soo small? why can i return a mattress after 90 days trial, but i can't return or exchange the pillow? they must know it sucks! the representative tells me it's the best pillow they have! (that's scary!) she then says "it has a break-in period"... how many decades could this take? hmmm she then advises me to sit on it while i'm watching tv... and bounce up and down on it. hmmm - interesting. i'll just leave you with that. buyer beware!

We purchased two of these after having loved mattress products. The pillows are hard as a rock! hmmm actually the rock might be softer. when called to ask about return policy, they said they are not returnable. i find that interesting... i can return a mattress... but not a pillow. they must know the pillows suck! The did tell me however that there is a "breaking in period". She even said to sit on it while watching tv-- including bouncing up and down on it etc etc etc. I'll restrain myself from sharing my opinion on that advise and let the readers make their own conclusion. buyer beware!

I've been having issues with my neck and getting headaches the small Tempur-pedic pillow fits my neck and supports it very well. Best pillow I have ever owned by far.

I've had my same pillow for 20 years and it's now just finally worn out. (Turning to dust would be more accurate.) It's been the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I can never never find a "goldilocks" pillow anywhere. I take it camping, on vacation, and anywhere I'm going to spend more than one night. I took it on a road trip to northern Alberta once and learned that at -40° it had a lot in common with a slab of concrete. I had to defrost it before bed. Lesson learned. Don't pack it in the trunk when traveling through cold weather. I've been worried that they wouldn't make them anymore. Because that is my luck. But I was more than elated to discover that they still make them. I hope they never ever stop making these, and don't mess with perfection.
