[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish there was returns. The small and medium of this item are so strangely small that I cannot use them. If I do, I experience extreme pain. I bought this to replace an old one of the same brand and it is much different. Im very disappointed and tired of wasting money on pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck pillow is very well made and conforms to your head while sleeping. It is very firm! It took some time to get used to it while sleeping on my side. That being said, this is definitely a quality pillow and Tempur-pedic is a quality brand.

I have been using Tempurpedic neck pillows for many years to help with C2 and C3 damage. It was time for a new one so I ordered. This new pillow is hard as a rock and increases my neck pain to the point where I wake up with not only extreme neck pain, but ALSO a headache that lasts until evening. This pillow is worthless to me, but a money grab for Tempurpedic.

I tried to return and exchange the pillow which had the original wrapping stilled sealed but the company would not do it. The pillow is too large and too hard and it is not a travel pillow. I am really sad that such a large company would not take back and replace with the travel pillow since it was still in sealed plastic wrapping.
