Excellent product will never use another pillow it does keep my chiropractor visits to a mimimum I have had a persistant neck pain no more all gone. Been an avid fan of tempurpedic pillows at least 15 years.

Would NEVER sleep on anything but this pillow !

I broke my neck in 2 places. Since my neck surgery this is the only pillow that gives me the support I need and the comfort I need to get a good nights sleep. I would not sleep on anything but this pillow!

Terrible Pillow

I purchased this pillow based on recommendations that it was a good neck supporting pillow. This pillow is too shallow and does not truly conform to the neck as advertised. I have had worse neck and shoulder pain as a result of using this pillow. This pillow also has a strong and unpleasant chemical odor which hinders a good night sleep, using Fabreeze helps to mask the odor. The pillow is over-priced based on my experience and worst of all Tempur-Pedic will not allow returns on pillows.
Cons: Not thick enough, Overpriced, Smells, Unable To Return
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a good pillow for back sleepers

Unable to sleep comfortably with this pillow. Wake up his neck pain every morning. Too bad it can not be returned specially after spending all that money for the large size pillow.
Cons: Too Hard

Not As Firm As It Was

I've been using this neck pillow for years since I have Degenerate Disk Disease in my neck. This pillow has been a pain saver for many years. It truly changed my life until I ordered a replacement for my current pillow (second one I've owned). The new pillow is not as firm as it was. My head immediately sank when I laid on it and offered absolutely no support whatsoever. After two hours trying to sleep I had to pull out my older version. It is unfortunate that the company changed the consistency of material the pillow is made of. I don't know if this was meant as an improvement, but the new pillow has no firmness and as a result offers no neck support. There is truly no support. I'm now trying to find a different brand. I have been considering purchasing a mattress, however I will not be purchasing any tempur-pedic product.

This pillow is amazing. I have had it for several years and it's time for a new one. I just want to respond to a few of the people that have given poor ratings. First, if it holds your head low when you're sleeping on your side, then you got the wrong size. If you have the proper size it holds your head perfectly in line with your spine. For those that said it works great for a while, you have to realize that it needs replaced just like any other pillow! The material does break down over time and not support as well. Finally, this pillow is most comfortable when used with the Tempur-Pedic bed. I have the bed and the pillow and get AMAZING sleep. Love Tempur Pedic products- I will never buy anything else!
