Then, I woke up with a locked up neck for nearly a week straight and decided it was time to be an adult. I have had my Tempurp-Pedic pillow for several months now and I have no neck pain and wonderful sleep. I highly recommend this product, to everyone, now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought I wanted a new tempur-neck pillow because my old one actually made my ear hurt during the middle of the night. So got the new one and quit using it after that first night - it is harder than the old one. The new one is now on my living room chair and used as a arm rest or back rest or on the living room floor for my head when doing exercises.

Much smaller than measurements say

This product came in full inches smaller than advertised. They are really for a small child. If you are an adult, DON'T buy this pillow! Customer support also does not care and won't handle any returns despite the innacuracy.

Size not as expected, poor return policy

For such an expensive item and well regarded company the return policy is terrible - won't accept returns even on unopened items. I ordered a large tempur pedic pillow because I have a medium size one that is dwarfed by my king size bed. The large is not nearly as "large" as other king size pillows (not enough of a difference from the medium size to be worth it). Tried to return (purposely left unopened for this reason) but they will not take back and just sent me standard text from the website.

Rock hard waste of money

I have had tempurpedic beds and pillows before and was a huge fan until I bought 4 pillows back in March. We bought the neck pillows, the body pillow and the giant cooling pillow. My husband is satisfied with his cooling pillow. The neck pillows and body pillow are not the same as the ones we have had in the past. The foam is way more dense, firm and bulky when compared to previous purchases. No returns made this an expensive mistake and put me off the brand itself.
