measurements are off!

I measured exactly the way directions said and i measured to be a medium pillow. Got the pillow and it is too small (thin) to set in the neck area like it should. I would need the large. I then set it side by side with my 8 year old compressed and flattened temperpedic pillow of exactly the same pillow type and it sits at exactly the same height. No way that should be after 8 years of use. Neck pain from the old pillow being compressed is why I purchased new one. Sizing is very deceiving and these non refundable pillows are too expensive for the sizing to be inaccurate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had multiple injuries to neck and shoulders and had a hard time sleeping. Purchased my first Tempur Neck Pillow seven years ago and found instant increase in my sleep quality. Over time pillow will wear down as will any pillow. Purchased second pillow a few months ago and it made a big difference in my sleep again. Hate taking trips without my pillow and will try and take it anywhere I plan to sleep. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck problems.

Too hard and did not last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like firm pillows, but this one was like a rock. To make matters worse, it only lasted about a month before the foam would no longer hold up my neck. For the price I paid, not worth it.

Can't Imagine Sleeping Without This Pillow
