Too hard

I have used tempurpedic pillows for years and ordered a new one as my old one was beginning to smell. The new one I ordered is hard as a brick and not comfortable at all. Very disappointed.

Pillow is too hard, uncomfortable. Disappointing as we've had other brands that are much cheaper and are much more comfortable.

This is an amazing pillow. It is firm, yet completely pliable.
I double it over when I want to prop up my head, and lay it flat for sleeping. It is comfortable, yet gives the support I need for my neck. The quality is excellent. In fact I have been so impressed with the quality of the pillow, that I

More than two decades ago, I wanted a treadmill for my birthday but my ex bought me a Tempurpedic pillow instead. I did not anticipate how much I would come to appreciate the pillow. Recently, I decided it was time for a new one and was glad to see I could buy one exactly like my old one. It is slightly firmer, as was I when I got my first pillow. Fortunately, Tempurpedic made no changes to the design and I am looking forward to the next couple decades with my new pillow.

I purchased one when they first came out. Unfortunately I forgot it at a hotel. I loved it and my neck pain and stiffness was no more. Because of the expense I delayed replacing it and tried a battery of other brands before I recently replaced it with new design. looked the same but was very HARD. I couldn’t even fall asleep with it. Went back to a down pillow. At least I could fluff it into shape during the night without fully waking up.

Awful pillow, Nothing Cloud about it, I hate it

The new material feels like cheap foam. I absolutely hate it. When the weight of your head is in one place for awhile, it sinks in and compresses down thin and hard under your head, then, if you turn on your side it stays hard and compressed under your ear. It takes a long time to u compress. It does not feel anything like my super old tempurpedic pillow. They have cheapened over the years, it seems only the very tithing top layer is the good stuff, under that is crappy cheap foam. Tempurpedic is not customer friendly, they ( Claude) refused to offer exchange nor a refund. Nor any support whatsoever. I am done with this company
