Months to get rid of smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a new pillow because my old one needed replacing, but it took about 2 months to get the bad smell out of it. I followed their directions for rolling it up and releasing it over and over every day, but could not use it in my bedroom until the smell finally went away. After that is is fine and I use it every night when sleeping on my back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect shape, size, and density

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two, one for my wife and one for me. We use them every day and enjoy the neck support and comfort. I would advise measuring the height you need so you purchase the correct one. We sleep on our back and sides and these pillows support well in either position. In our experience, they do not sleep hot either. Great product.
