Quality is great but pillow made my neck pain worse

The pillow increased my neck pain and I am very disappointed that I spent all the money to get something I thought would relieve my pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The firm pillow is not comfortable. Tempur-Pedics pillow policy is BUYER BEWARE because once you use the pillow it cannot be returned. The tempur pedic material in my pillow is to firm. Tempur-Pedic should have a program in place to get their 3 different density materials into the hands of consumers interested in the tempur-pedic product who shop online.

Worst neck pain I have ever experienced

Ordered this pillow in a medium after measuring myself to see what size to get and I tried using this pillow for a few weeks hoping it would get more comfortable because of the good reviews, but I have never experienced such bad neck pain in my life once I started using it. Had to go back to my old pillow and the pain went away. I didn't realize they won't let you exchange for a different style if it doesn't work for you. So be careful buying their products if you're not sure because I can't return or exchange! Now I'm stuck with a pillow I can't use. Very disappointing. I had high hopes for this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Foam does not sink easily, which is my preference. Instead the foam sinks slightly while properly supporting my neck. Note, my girlfriend does not like this aspect of the pillow so it all comes down to personal preferences.

I ordered the incorrect size pillow and cannot return it even though the plastic seal is not broken and I have the original box. They will not even allow for inspection once a pillow like this is returned! Never again..
