[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that these are non-returnable, but I'd still like a refund. This pillow is almost a scam, playing off the old name. It is NOT the same material, it is not "memory foam," it's a dense polyurethane foam, but not of the same quality as they used to be and much too hard to sleep on. I bought two because it was a good deal, but in the end I'm probably only going to be able to salvage the pillow cases to replace my old one which was starting to fail. Luckily I didn't throw out my old pillow before I tested the "new" ones. They look exactly the same, but they are not. The pillow cases haven't changed though, so that's good--I have spares now. And yes, I did try sitting on it for a while, heating it up with a heating pad, leaving it in the sun (which only slightly yellowed it), everything--it's still much too hard. My old pillow isn't quite as supportive as it once was, but it was NEVER this hard. It also exhibited "memory" characteristics, which this new foam does not. It returns to it's uncompressed shape almost instantly. I suspect, but admittedly have no evidence, that cost cutting measures were taken by later leadership that compromised quality and will ultimately destroy the good name of the brand. Mergers and Acquisitions tend to do this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used guide online to determine which to buy, ordered 2 medium pillows. Both are sealed in plastic, so I only opened one. Discovered it was extremely uncomfortable for me, and my spouse. Tried to return unopened pillow for store credit and was refused. I understand why they don't accept returns of opened products, but a pillow sealed in plastic cannot be contaminated. I will avoid this company in the future.

This pillow is terrible. It's extremely hard and very small. Made for a child. It is also very costly. ONCE receiving the pillow, I knew right away it was over priced, small, and hard. I tried 2 times to work with the company to fairly fix the issue. Whether it's a refund and donation of the pillow, sending a new pillow, something and both requests were dismissed claiming the policy said no returns. Due to the quality, size, and situation something could have been done to be fair. But it was not. I will never be ordering from this company again... this is greed unprofessional and wrong of this company to do this. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contoured pillow provides great support for the neck whether you're a side or back sleeper. I dread sleeping without it when I'm traveling. I would've given it 5 stars except it feels a tiny bit too firm. And it would be helpful on the website to have dimensions for the different sizes. I guessed the sizes had to do with whether they'd fit a twin, queen, or king-size bed. I ordered a medium and realize now that the size may refer to the height of the neck support. I'd probably be more comfortable with a small, but it's too late to exchange it and I can't afford to order another one.
