It is not comfortable and actually make my neck hurt.

I don't have any neck pain before but I heard people said tempurpedic pillow can make you sleep better so I buy the tempurpedic neck support medium pillow. First of all, it is way smaller than I expected. If you are looking for a normal size pillow, choose the large one. Secondly , if you looking for comfort memory foam pillow, don't choose neck support one. It feels heard and not comfort at all. It make my neck hurt actually. I talk to their agent and they said i can't return it because there have no return policy unless it's damage from delivery. My advice is don't buy the pillow unless you actually try it in the store.

this is not the pillow pictured and is much smaller - buyer beware and ensure you look at the dimensions carefully.

Bad smell

So I had to air out the pillow for two weeks straight before that strong smell went away enough for me to sleep on it. I even tried baking soda and a vinegar spray for the smell but it's still there. When I finally decided to sleep with it I noticed every time I wake up in the morning I either have a red eye, headache or one of my arms have fallen asleep on the side I've rest my head on the pillow. Oh boy I wish I could exchange this for something better.

Newest neck pillow terribly disappointing

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-pedic mattress for 23 years I have never had a bad night sleep. I recently replaced the small neck pillow, which I loved with a new Tempur-pedic small neck pillow. Not only do I find it quite uncomfortable, I have begun to suffer with neck pain. The material that it is made of is of a different quality than the original one. I returned to using the old one.

Worst pillow I've ever had

I bought this pillow online because I tried it on a store and I really liked it. What I got was nothing like what I tried. I still gave it a chance, big mistake. I had to go to the massage therapist on the morning because my neck was in so much pain that I couldn't move. I tried to contact costumer service to ask about a refund since obviously what I got has to be defective, but they didn't even try to understand my problem or try to help. Really disappointed with tempurpedic, be aware buyer that they do not want to help they just want your money,

Neck pillow is a waste of money !!

Convinced to buy this by sales agent, said this pillow was designed for those with neck problems. Bad choice..pillow too flat and to reach it you need a pillow underneath it. Could not return it..wasted alot of money . Sorry she talked me into buying this .h

Chemical Smell is AWFUL

I was so excited to receive this pillow after reading the positive reviews, but the moment I opened the box I was overwhelmed by the chemical smell of the pillow. The smell is so strong it practically makes your eyes water if you're anywhere within a 200 ft distance of it. I had to put it in a room on the other side of the house to escape it, and now after about 2-3 weeks of letting it air out, I unfortunately have to send it back because it still has a strong odor.
