Strong chemical odor and worst customer service and

I had a high expectation on this product, but this is worst purchase I have ever made. I purchased 2 neck pillow for Thanksgiving gift for myself. The pillow has weird chemical odor which makes me headache. Then I wanted to get refund, but the customer service refuse it and said the odor can be gone away after 30 days. They said even this product itself is defective, they are not allowed to refund it. I will not buy anything from Tempur. This is unpleasant experience. I would give 0 star if I can.

CRIMINAL Return process

I placed an order for two Tempur Pedic Neck Pillows following my mother's cancer diagnosis in May 2017. My sister and I were under a lot of stress and we had never invested in proper pillows. Her birthday was in May, so this seemed like the perfect present for her and the perfect gift for me. I purchased both pillows and unpacked mine to test it out. There was a horrid chemical smell that I put up with for a couple of weeks hoping it would dissipate. My sister is allergic and asthmatic so I decided that I couldn't subject her to these odors. I first contacted TP a few weeks following my purchase and was advised that 30 days following use, if the smell didn't go away, I could return the pillows for a full refund. The smell persisted, so I called TP to requested shipping labels at the beginning of June. I was assured the labels would be emailed to me. I waited a week and nothing. So I called back again and once again requested shipping labels. The reps were professional and apologetic and said they would issue the shipping labels and that sometimes these issues occurred (hint hint, not the first time they'd encountered these "delays"). Once again I waited a few weeks, got distracted, forgot until I once again remembered that I still hadn't received a single shipping label. I called back 2-3 more times (I've since lost count) before I finally received a shipping label. I shipped back the first pillow I'd tested out and after another call back to inquire about my refund I finally received one. Next, I prepared to deal with the second, unopened pillow that had been intended for my sister. Once again I emailed a rep who had given me her direct email address and after a few back and forth messages, I received the second shipping label (by now late September - and mind you, I had placed my initial order in MAY!!!). I immediately shipped out the second pillow and to this day, am still awaiting a refund for this pillow. I have called TP 3x since shipping this second pillow back, and each time the reps have insisted I would receive a refund. The latest rep actually had me provide a tracking number in order to verify my shipment. Only then did she appear to "process my refund" after verifying that the pillow had been returned to them. Question is, for someone who has been so diligent about staying on top of this, I have still only been credited back 50% of what I am owed. This whole ordeal has lasted 6 months. I am still waiting for this credit and have had to call numerous times to get things moving/processed/etc. Tempur Pedic's behavior on this matter has been nothing short of fraudulent and I hope that everyone who considers placing an order reads my review and decides to avoid buying anything from them. Given the circumstances under which I first made this purchase, this has been by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever endured.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 13 Years ago I bought my first Tempurpedic mattress with pillows. I loved it so much, I recently purchased a new mattress, platform, pillows, extra top, even sheets from Tempurpedic. When my pillows arrived, they were not king pillows. I called to inform of the mistake and was told they don't make king neck pillows anymore. What? How can that be? They make king mattresses. They make king sheets sets with king size pillow case. But no king pillows. Absolutely absurd. Below is a pic of my bed. Left is the old, king size pillow (which BTW is a standard size for a king pillow). On the right is what Tempurpedic sells. What a joke. I guess I will buying from their competitors. Oh, and BTW, I am not normally one to complain, but they sent me a previous survey about my buying experience and I related my unhappiness with the pillows, and guess what? Crickets. So, yeah, not sure they really care that they are out of touch with their customers.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Support, Holds Shape
Cons: NO KING SIZE

Loses shape quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur-pedic for 10+ years. When I first started using the pillows I loved them. I could get a good year or two out of one. As of late, however, I have been unimpressed with the quality of the pillows. I purchased a pillow in August, and already it won't retain its shape! I've had neck surgeries, so good cervical support is a must for me. Unfortunately, I've been sorely disappointed with how quickly it lost its shape. I notice there are other reviewers who have commented about the same issue. This pillow is too expensive to only last a month or two. This is the second pillow that has done this. I thought the last one may have just been a bad pillow, but after two, I will now be looking for a new pillow.

Hard as a rock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We simply can not imagine anyone using this new pillow design as a sleeping pillow! This product is 180 degrees negatively opposite of the wonderful tempurpedic mattress and pillows we have purchased previously.

Tiny pillows. Good luck finding a pillow cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is tiny. Look at the dimensions. I used to have the previous version and this pillow is several inches shorter making it impossible to find pillow covers that fit and meaning your head will fall off the pillow if you move around at all. Worthless and waste of money. Reminder. Company won't let you return pillows
