I was really excited when I ordered this pillow. I got a small thinking it would be a bit bigger but clearly I was wrong. I can barely even turn my head without my head coming off the pillow. Thought it would solve my neck and shoulder issues but it just made it worse.. Not as comfy as I thought it would be.

I moved to the US in 2011.Before that I have been using Tempur Pillows and Matrasses for many years. We bought a Matrass in 2012 and finally got a Pillow again just a month ago... But I am very disappointed. To me it seams, Tempur here are made to suit the American Market and cant in my opinion compare to the original I used Over Seas. Its softer and offers less support. The original Matrass is harder to the Touch, the first few minutes until your body heat molds it to your shape. same with the pillow. I am glad I got it at the buy one get one for free, or I would really be disapinted spending that kind of money for a Pillow that feels to me like any other foam Pillow....

smelly, VERY hard & can't be returned

There's a difference between "extra-firm feel" and hard as a rock. Add a nasty chemical smell to this and you get the idea behind the rating. Do check the return policy (or lack off) before you purchase!

I did the 2 for one deal. I got the medium size. It is awful. Terrible neck support. Barely 4 inches thick on the fat side. Not to mention it is as flat as a pancake within 10 minutes. NO NECK SUPPORT! I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews, they are all true!!!!!!!! I am so upset with my bad judgement. Run don't walk away from these pillows!

Please read the return policy! You will not be able to return or exchange pillows...even if unopened and pillows still sealed in original plastic! Contacted customer service...was not helpful at all.

Return my pillows sealed and took them 23 days to refund me, awful system. Will never buy anything from them again.

Neck Sore and No Returns

Be careful ordering online, this pillow made our neck sore every morning, tried exchanging/returning but this company does not return pillows. Bad Pillow, Bad Customer Service :(

More pain than before

Since we started using them, we've both had more neck pain than before. Trying to find an email contact to see if they'll provide a refund. Very expensive mistake so far.
