Much too firm.

I was somewhat disappointed with my tempur neck pillow. It is much firmer than I anticipated. My husband sleeps on a foam pillow (not sure what brand), but it is more forgiving and comfortable. Maybe the Tempur will soften up, but right now it is quite hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great pillow, if the width is longer that would be better. I bought a large one but still feel it is small when moving right to left.

Pleasantly surprised!

At first, we were leery of being disappointed - again, we have tried so many pillows. But, it was a pleasant surprise to find these work so good. At first you think "how could something so firm work?" and then you lay on them and find that this feels great, especially since we are mostly side sleepers. They conform to your weight and body heat. We find our necks feel better and our snoring has decreased....which I'm so grateful for... and our tossing and turning has also decreased. All in all, it was a great purchase.

Huge disappointment

This product is too firm and uncomfortable for this side sleeper. I love firm pillows and beds, but this one is super uncomfortable. I’ve tried many times and eventually gave it to my daughter, but she didn’t like it either.

Slide sleepers must have

I’m aside and a stomach sleeper and love this pillow. My last pillow from Tempur-pedic I had for more than 10 years and figured it was time for a replacement. They truly last forever. The pillow is very firm at first and takes a week or two to get broken in, but I have a herniated disc in my neck and it provides me the right amount of support that I have less pain after using it.

I have had Swedish neck pillows for the last 20 years. The new model lacks significant memory. Not as great as the old ones.

Well constructed but no help to me

This very expensive pillow was purchased to try and relieve neck pain during sleep. I had high hopes for this pillow but after several weeks use I had to stop using it. It offered no relief. I would have returned the pillow but Tempurpedic does not accept returns on pillows.

Not long enpugh

I would love to return it. I got bogo free and my Wife hasn’t tried hers. I prefer a regular pillow instead. Also the pillow isn’t long enough like a king size pillow.
