PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!!

About 20 years ago I purchased two of these pillows. They were fantastic! Because it’s been so long I thought it was time to buy new ones. The new ones completely suck! They don’t use the same foam material that was used in the past. The new pillows completely suck. You can buy an off brand pillow and get the same quality for a third of the price. This was a very disappointing experience. If you purchased one of these many years ago and are thinking of buying again, DON’T!

Love My Tempur-Pedic Pillow! So Comfortable!

This is my second Tempur-Pedic pillow, and I absolutely love it! My previous pillow was a little different from the one I just purchased, but this one is just as comfortable. I've noticed such a difference in how my neck feels when I wake up in the morning. I no longer wake up with the same neck discomfort I used to have. I also feel like I toss and turn a lot less and don't wake up as often throughout the night. I'm definitely sleeping more comfortably and waking up feeling more rested.
I purchased the Medium size, which has been great, but I do wish I had the opportunity to try the Small size to see how it compares. I'm also seriously considering getting the travel pillow because, at this point, no other pillow will do for me! Once you get used to sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic pillow, it's hard to go back to anything else. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Super firm and unconfortable

I spent three weeks trying to break in but still wake up with stiff neck and numb arms. All went back to normal when I switched to my old pillow.

Very dissatisfied. Sad to say this 2026 version does NOT even compare to the original version of this same pillow, which we still have and currently still use from 20 years ago. This current version is lighter, less dense and smaller than the 2005 version. Unfortunately, this 2026 version is not being used. While I thought we could get a “refresh” on the Tempur-pedic pillow by buying a new one after 20 years…truth is, the old 2005 version is still being used and the BOGO on this pillow was just a waste of money. I would return them both if I could. I wanted to like them, but you can not even compare how drastically it’s changed in 20 years.

I slept on this pillow for years, it fell apart, so I purchased a TP plain pillow. I lasted a month and bought the neck support pillow again. Never going back to no neck support.

Does not help with sleep position

I bought this pillow to encourage a sleeping position -- whether back or side -- that keeps my neck aligned. Since switching to this pillow, my neck pain has not improved and possibly has gotten worse. I still have trouble falling asleep due to discomfort, and I still wake up in pain. I'm giving it 2 stars because I don't have any evidence to blame the pillow for my pain, but it certainly has not helped fix the problem that I purchased it to help resolve. The quality of material is fine, but I bought it to serve a function that it has failed to serve.
