Unfortunately, this neck pillow has caused me more pain and discomfort than I was already having! I have arthritic bone spurs in my neck and really hoped that this neck pillow would help me have less neck pain and keep me safely aligned while sleeping but did not work out for me. I'm so disappointed!

Pillow was not good and non refundable

The pillow was supposed to help my neck, it did not, I go to return it after 3 days and find out it is not refundable. The pillow was expensive

Pillow Height is Too High which will Cause Neck Pain

I had this product for a couple nights and each morning I woke up with neck pain. The height is too much and causes a major unbalance between the neck and back. It actually caused more discomfort as I had pain down the shoulder as well. This is not a pillow I would recommend.

It might be the tiniest, non-functional pillow ever. I got this pillow to replace my 10+ year tempurpedic pillows and not impressed at all. Waste of money.

Game changer & Money saver!

Before buying this pillow, I was spending a small fortune trying to relieve ongoing neck and shoulder pain. I tried everything: physical therapy, acupuncture, massages, even upgrading my desk chair and computer setup. Then my mom suggested what moms always seem to know instinctively: “Maybe it’s your pillow.” I honestly thought my old pillow was perfectly fine, but I decided to take a chance on this one, and the difference was immediate. The moment I laid my head down, I genuinely thought, “Oh… this must be what proper support is supposed to feel like.”
Within just a few days, I noticed I was sleeping more soundly and waking up with far less tension. Now, after a full month of using it, the neck and shoulder pain I had been dealing with is essentially gone. I truly did not expect a pillow to make this much of a difference. I’m already planning to buy a second one for travel because I honestly never want to sleep without it again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The pillow is extremely hard you can barely call it a pillow. I couldn’t sleep on it and my partner tried it and he woke up with the worst neck pain of his life. Especially since you can’t return after trying, don’t bother purchasing. It’s a scam.

Nicely made but too hard

I find this pillow to be very nicely made, but it’s just too hard for me. I knew it would be firm, but it’s not comfortable yet. l’m going to work on flattening it down and trying to make it softer so I can use it in the future.
