I am not happy with both the new queen pillow and the travel

I have tried for the past month to get used to the new TP pillow I ordered with the new bed. I gave up trying to make it work - it is way too hard to be comfortable for me And the problem is I can't return it. What do you suggest?

I’ve been a loyal tempur pedic customer for more than 10years we got neck pillows, firm mattress. The quality is excellent. You got what you pay for. I never look back to other brands.

This was a pillow I owned and loved for years until Eaton Canyon Fire. This was a replacement and just like I remember, a little bit of home.

I have used these pillows for 20 yrs and more. Best support for the neck. I wouldn't buy any thing else.

Too small & no returns

Tempurpedic claims this is 20 inches wide but it’s at least an inch smaller than that. It would still be too small regardless. Unfortunately, they also offer absolutely no returns. I got this because I already have a neck pillow from another brand, but I thought the tempurpedic version would be better. It was drastically worse. It will make your neck worse. If you’re still interested in a neck pillow, I’d recommend any other brand. At the very least, that brand will likely let you return it.

This pillow was small and don’t support my neck. It laid very flat to the mattress and was very uncomfortable unfortunately.

Tiny, hard as a rock, and no returns

This pillow is too small, which we realized upon opening it. Unfortunately, Tempurpedic doesn’t allow returns for pillows under any circumstances, even if unused, due to the “personal nature” of such products. The company that will literally send people to your home to take your mattress back on the 89th day for a refund won’t let you exchange a brand new pillow for a bigger size. Never buying from this joke of a company again.
