Quality but not comfortable

I bought this pillow and another for my wife because she has neck pain from conventional pillows and sleep apnea issues. This pillow has good components but it is too firm and not shaped quite right. She found it uncomfortable and not helpful.
The other pillow was a high quality chopped foam pillow that provided support and cushion which she has found to be the right combination.

Very comfortable pillow

I ordered this pillow because I was experiencing some neck pain and it went away almost overnight. I also sleep hot and the pillow stays comfortable and cool during the night. A real game changer.

The Tempur neck pillow has helped with my nerve root disorder and
Anteriolisthesis. It places the exact neck support exactly where it is needed to allow my neck to get relief from the pain caused by my two painful conditions. I ordered the medium size but wish I had instead ordered the king size/large size because I am use to a king size pillow. I do recommend this pillow to help neck pain.

Hoping to find a great pillow to support neck and back after cervical surgery. Really uncomfortable and gave it away, since pillows can't be returned.

Hard as a rock

This pillow is solidly constructed, but it's just this side of trying to sleep on a rock. I bought a large and a medium because I was experiencing a neck/shoulder problem. Perhaps the pillow works for some folks, but for me, there was zero chance that I'd be able to sleep on my side with it. Now if you're using it for support while relaxing on your back, it seems pretty good. But if you're planning on actually sleeping, then I wish you luck. I didn't have any. It's just way too firm and unforgiving for me. Your experience may vary, and again, the pillow is well made.

Very Firm and Uncomfortable for Long-Term Sleep

The pillow is much harder and firmer than expected. While it may work for someone who prefers very firm support, I found it uncomfortable to sleep on for long periods of time. After a few hours, it caused pressure and didn’t allow my neck or head to relax.

Excellent pillow, but a little too small

I have always loved these pillows! I am a side sleeper, & this is the only pillow (and I’ve tried many) where I consistently wake up without neck pain. I do wish I would have gotten a medium as opposed to the small. I feel it’s not quite thick enough for maximum comfort, but again, I do not have neck pain as I have with so many other pillows. For reference I am 5’6”.
I would recommend this to a friend!
