Too Firm

Gave as a gift. Excellent quality and workmanship. Person found it to be too firm - - which is entirely personal preference having nothing to do with quality.

Hard as a rock

Least comfortable pillow I have ever tried, because it is so hard. It gives me mugraines from the pressure.
I do like that this pillow actually has an option for shorter necks/narrower shoulders, that part they got right.
However, this pillow is totally unusable, as it is hard as a rock! Also not a good value

Too firm

I usually love tempurpedic firmness, but this left me with headaches after everytime I tried to use it. Even though I measured and went by their guidelines, the height didn’t feel right. Wish I could return it.

It’s tiny

I purchased this pillow because I used to have a tempur-pedic neck pillow and I loved it, but had to discard it after damaging it in a move. I purchased this as a replacement but it’s not the size of a normal pillow. It’s so small, if I roll over, I have to move my whole body so my head will stay on the pillow. I’m really disappointed.

Poor comfort level compared to old Tempur-Neck Pillow

The older Tempur-Neck Pillow I’ve slept on for many years is far more comfortable than the new model I just received. I have neck problems, and need restful sleep. Because my new Tempur-Neck Pillow doesn’t provide the level of comfort and support of the older one, I don’t sleep as well. Tempur-Pedic doesn’t allow returns after a package has been opened, so I’m looking elsewhere for a good pillow.

Comfortable pillow

I needed support for my neck and this pillow provides that. Though it is the small size, it's a little too high for me (lying on my back, my head is pushed downward) but it's still more comfortable than my previous pillow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simply The Best for Your Neck!

I have been using Tempur-neck pillows for 35 years. Although there are many great pillow out there, and I have tried many, there is nothing like the Tempur design for truly resting your neck and upper back. So when it came time to replace mine, after many years, I went back to Tempurpedic. As an additional bonus, they are now certified by CertiPUR-US, an important confirmation of the excellence of the product for me.

I really wanted this to work for my neck pain, but it's like laying on a rock. Definitely not working for me. I'm stuck with the one I bought and the one I got for free. Expensive mistake.
